MJKD and Associates is a customer experience and transformation consulting firm. Since 2008 we have served clients from multibillion-dollar corporations to family-owned businesses, in commercial and government markets.
The story
Eighteen years of walking into companies.
An Air Force veteran with a Procter & Gamble brand background and a consulting career already behind him, Mike Forsyth founded the firm in 2008 on one rule he still keeps: do the work so well that the next call comes from a referral. The early years ran through government work, including the Department of Veterans Affairs and contact center programs, while the commercial side grew through customer experience assessments across utilities, automotive, telecom, insurance, and airlines. In 2013 the firm became fully independent, and in 2015 John Farstvedt, 22 years with J.D. Power, joined Mike full time.
Today the model is deliberately simple. Two senior partners lead every engagement personally, first interview to final readout, with a bench of seasoned associates fielded when scale demands it, at times 40 people on a national program. Never junior consultants learning on your budget. We measure our contribution one way: how well we have built the internal capability and sustainable practices that keep performance best-in-class after we leave.
