What this site collects, and why.

What we collect, and with which tools

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and the pages they came from. It sets no cookie and stores no identifier about you.

Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: where visitors click, scroll and pause, and replays of those sessions with typed text masked. It sets the cookies _clck and _clsk so that the pages of one visit are read as one session. Microsoft's own notice is at privacy.microsoft.com.

Google Analytics counts visits, the pages viewed, and three actions: a click on a "Book My Free CX Review" button, on the phone number, or on the email address. It sets the cookie _ga so repeat visits are counted once. Google's notice is at policies.google.com/privacy.

The booking calendar on the CX Review page and the service pages is a Google Calendar appointment form. The name, email, phone number and answers you type there go to Google Calendar and to MJKDA's calendar, under Google's terms, and we use them only to run the call you booked.

The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which keeps the standard request logs every web host keeps (IP address, browser, time) for security and for a short time.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent any of this, we do not combine it with data bought elsewhere, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. The tools above are the only third parties that receive anything from a visit. If you email or call us, what you tell us stays between you and the partners.

How to opt out

Block or clear cookies in your browser and the Clarity and Google Analytics cookies are gone. Google also offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics on every site. To have any record removed, email info@mjkda.com and we will do it.
